1- Tender Stage:

• Lead Tendering Committee to receive and perform Technical and Commercial bid Analysis. 

• Recommend best bidders and assist in negotiation with Contractors/ Subcontractors prior to award stage.


4- Scope Change Management | Claims: 


• Scope Change Management (Variation Orders Mentor and Negotiator).

• Establish procedures and monitor implementation, advise on Contractual correspondences, Narrative of Claims (English, French and Arabic)

• Claims Specialist (familiar with FIDIC contracts and all other forms of Agreement)

• Claim Strategy Builder, Extension of Time and counterclaims expert.


5- Translation of Contractual and Legal Documents: 


• Professional translation between the (3) languages: English, French and Arabic


6- Litigation & Disputes:


• Preparation of Claim Narrative in coordination with delay analyst 

• Support to Legal entities for cases raised by or against your project.
